Spicy Avocado & Egg Wrap Lean and Green Recipe

1-2 large leaves red-leaf lettuce
1½ oz sliced avocado
2 hardboiled eggs, sliced
4 hardboiled egg whites (yolks removed), sliced
1 medium tomato, sliced
½ cup thinly sliced cucumber
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Prepare wraps by topping each lettuce leaf with avocado, egg, tomato, and cucumber slices. Drizzle with hot sauce, season with salt and pepper, and roll into a wrap.
